How Imprinting Works

At Northstar Promotions, we specialize in custom imprinting your logo on to your favorite brand of golf balls, tees, towels, or golf specialty packs.

The purpose of this page is to outline the order process step by step.

Step 1: Place your order.

   Use our online product catalog to securely place your order and send us your logo for imprinting.
   
   
2. Offline
   Fax: Print, Complete, and Fax our Order Form.

Step 2: Send us your logo.

Send us your business stationery, computer generated artwork, camera ready artwork or Four Color Process artwork. You may may mail your artwork to the address below.

Mail your Order, Artwork/logo, and Payment to:

Send computer generated artwork to us at artwork@nsprom.com. (Please include Pantone Matching System color numbers if available with email).

Step 3: We create your proof.

Once we have your order and logo, we get to work and create a proof of your logo. We will send this logo to you via fax or email in 3 business days.

From this proof, you can review your logo and see the exact size we will print your logo at on your golf product.

No proofs on repeat orders, unless requested.

Step 4: You approve the proof.

Once you review your proof and the proof meets your exact specifications, simply reply to the email or fax your approval back to us. If you require any revisions, we will revise your proof to your specifications and resend you a new proof.

Step 5: We print your order.

Upon receipt of your approval of the proof, we schedule your order to print within the next 3 to 5 business days.

Step 6: We notify you that your order has shipped.

On the day your order ships, we notify you via email that your order is complete and we provide you with all the UPS or Federal Express tracking numbers for your packages.

All products ship FOB from Minnesota. Shipping times vary from 1 to 7 days depending on your location from Minnesota.

Step 7: We keep your logo on file for future orders.

We maintain your logo and artwork information on file for any future orders. Repeat orders can be printed in as little as 3 to 5 business days.
